1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to any Pinnacle Tech package (Basic $40/mo, Advanced $60/mo, or Pro $80/mo) or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Pinnacle Tech provides monthly managed website cloud hosting, SSL certificates, security maintenance, backups, and ongoing technical development support as defined in each package tier.

3. Monthly Subscriptions & WHMCS Billing

All services are billed on a recurring monthly basis through WHMCS. Payments are due at the start of each monthly billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date inside your WHMCS client account.

4. Development Support Scope

Development support covers routine maintenance, text edits, image uploads, speed optimization, and layout tweaks as included in your subscription tier. Requests are submitted via WHMCS support tickets.

5. Website Ownership

Subscribers maintain full intellectual property rights to all text, logo assets, and custom content provided for their website.
